Pom Studios FAQ


Q - I have an issue/question/concern with my order.

- We would love to address any concerns or issues, or answer any questions you may have! Please email support@pomstudiosco.com with any issues or questions regarding your order, and allow up to 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) for a reply. You can also submit a form on our contact page.

 

Q - What is your turnaround time? 

A - You can expect to your items to ship in 2-4 weeks (business days), unless otherwise stated. Turnaround times are subject to change due to weather, seasonality, product launches, etc.

 

Q - Do you offer local pickup?

A - Locals to the Morgantown, West Virginia area can choose the free local pickup option at check out. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email to let you know that we can now schedule your pickup and with the logistics surrounding that process. We hope to make it as easy as possible on you!

 

Q - How do I hang your signs?

A - Our signs do not come with any mounting hardware, but should you like to hang our signs on the wall, we recommend purchasing a wall hanging kit with sawtooth hangers and finishing nails or picture hanging nails. For larger signs, we recommend utilizing more than one sawtooth hanger. We do not recommend hanging our signs above a crib or bed due to the unlikely event that a sign should fall.

 

- Do you ever have sales?

Q - I forgot to put a discount code at checkout, can you add it to my order? 

A -  Due to high order volume and high customer service requests, we cannot edit discount codes/coupons after an order has been placed. 

 

Q -  Can I return/exchange/refund/cancel my order?

A - All of our pieces are made to order, so we cannot accept returns/exchanges or refund orders. Please verify your order & our shipping times before checking out. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us within 7 business days if your item arrives defective or damaged.

 

- My package is missing, what should I do? 

- All orders with standard shipping contain tracking numbers. Please use this information to follow up with your local post office. Feel free to reach out to us if the post office is unable to resolve your issue.
